Mark Bramley Photography - Leek Show Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Mark Bramley Photography, 10, Lansdowne Rd, SOT ST4 6EY, mark@markbramley.co.uk.

2. The Giveaway

2.1. The title of the giveaway is the Leek Show Giveaway.
2.2. The giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The giveaway will run from midday on 25th August 2025 to midday on 1st August 2025 (the "Closing Date").
3.2. All giveaway entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date.
3.3. To enter the giveaway, you must complete the online entry form on our website.
3.4. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause.

4. Eligibility

4.1. The giveaway is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
4.2. The photography session must take place at a stable or yard within a 90-minute drive of The Leek Agricultural Show, Endon.

5. The Prizes

5.1. Main Prize: One winner will receive a complimentary equine photography session and a 30x20 framed print of their choice from the session. The main prize photograph will be chosen at the purchase appointment.
Other photographs taken at the photography session will be available to view and purchase at this appointment.
5.2. Runner-Up Prizes: Five runners-up will each receive a complimentary equine photography session. This prize does not include any prints, digital files, or print credit. These will be available for purchase at a purchase appointment.
5.3. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1. The winners will be chosen by Mark Bramley Photography based on the information provided in the entry form.
6.2. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3. The winner will be notified by email or text message (using the details provided at entry) within 7 days of the Closing Date.
6.4. The winners must book and reserve their date for their photography session by 20th August 2025.
6.5. The winners photography session must take place by 30th September 2025.

7. Use of Images

7.1. The winners grant Mark Bramley Photography a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the images from the prize photoshoot for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, use on our website, social media channels, and in printed marketing materials, for a period of up to five years.

8. Data Protection

8.1. By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter to administer the giveaway.
8.2. If you are a winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this giveaway and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

9. General

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. The giveaway is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
